Online Purchases

Restaurants Buzz sells advertising space for Independent Restaurants ONLY. Restaurants Buzz accepts NO advertising from franchise/chain restaurants. If any franchise/chain restaurants are found purchasing advertising on our website, we will remove these restaurants from our debase. The franchises/chains will also here by agree to forfeit any and all monies paid to Restaurants Buzz. Restaurants Buzz also reserves the right to choose any affiliates for the website.

For the security of our patrons we have chosen to use Pay Pal for your on line purchases. Restaurants Buzz does not store any credit card information on our site. Please see Pay Pal for their terms and conditions before purchasing your advertising space for our data base.

• A. No Purchases by Minors
  By ordering a product or service online from Restaurants Buzz, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If a child under the age of 18 orders a product or service from Restaurants Buzz without parental or guardian permission, then the parent or guardian may return the product or service for a refund according to the posted returns and exchanges policy that relate to that order.

  You are responsible for paying all sales, use, and other similar taxes relating to any of your online purchases of products or services from Restaurants Buzz.
